Which areas do you serve?
All of Bangalore, and every district in Tamil Nadu. We come to your venue: your home, a hall, a hotel, a garden or a street.
Do you have an office I can visit?
We meet you at your venue instead. Call or WhatsApp us, and we'll come over for a site visit and plan the event with you there.
Do you visit the venue before giving a quote?
Yes. A site visit is part of how we plan, so the decor, tent, lighting and power fit the actual space.
How much does it cost?
Our packages start from ₹25,000 for birthdays and ₹1 lakh for weddings, and equipment rental from ₹3,000. See the pricing page for details. Every event is different, so we confirm the final price in your quote after understanding your event and seeing the venue.
How do I confirm a booking?
Once you share your event requirements with our team, we'll discuss the details, services, availability and pricing with you. Once everything is finalised, we'll guide you through the booking confirmation process and the required advance payment. Your booking is confirmed once the agreed booking formalities and payment are completed.
How early should I book?
We recommend getting in touch with us as early as possible, especially for weddings, large celebrations and events during busy seasons. Earlier planning gives us more time to understand your requirements, prepare the concept and coordinate all the arrangements. However, if your event is coming up soon, please contact us anyway and we'll check our availability and see how we can help.
Can I rent only equipment, without decoration?
Yes. Tents, sound systems, lighting, LED walls and generators are all available on rent, set up by our crew.
Do you arrange makeup, catering and photography?
Yes, through partners we work with regularly. They're arranged through us and included in the same quote.
Can we use our own vendors alongside you?
Yes. Tell us who you've already booked, and we'll plan around them.
